On the day of your appointment

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your service.  

Cancellations

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice. First-time clients to the salon should call back to confirm their appointment with the appointment desk the day before their appointment.

Gratuities

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients.  Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Method of payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, cash or debit cards.  Personal checks are accepted from established clients of the salon.

APPOINTMENT ONLINE

Welcome to our online booking service!  We have recently changed booking software, so existing clients will have to call the salon to get a new password (or feel free to email a request for a password).  New clients should call the salon to book their first appointment at 612-798-0098.

Some things to know when using our online booking service:

• If you cannot find a time that works for you, PLEASE CALL the salon!  Often times we are able to make adjustments in our schedules to fit your needs.
• Our online booking will give you (at most) five appointment times that fit your criteria.  If you are searching a broad amount time, there may be other options if you shorten the time frame you’re searching for.
• For technical reasons, some off our stylists schedules are not available for online booking.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
